Location : Kuching & remote Sarawak, Malaysia – (priorities to Sarawakian/ Malaysian candidates)
Contract basis : Daily/ Monthly
Minimum requirements as below:
1. Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
2. Minimum 8 years of work experience in Oil and Gas Industry specializing in either Drilling, Completions or workovers.
3. Detailed working knowledge in evaluating tubing movement and packer envelope and design analysis, torque and drag analysis.
4. Proficient in using Tubing Design Software such as Wellcat or equivalent.
5. Detailed working knowledge in tubing size selection, equipment material testing, selection and specifications, completion fluids selection, lower completion, upper completion and wellhead Christmas Tree design and specifications for various well environment.
6. Familiar with key and related API/ISO/NACE documents to support the daily work.
7. Detailed working knowledge of well service operations and equipment in well environment including slickline, e-line, and coiled tubing.
8. Experience in preparing tender/contract document, well proposal, well completion procedure, cost estimate, AFE and end of well report (EOWR).
9. Strong organization skills and able to deliver under tight schedule.
